Step 2 : We e-mail or fax you a quotation following your request detailing all required services. Step 3 : As soon as we have your agreement, we email you a pro-forma invoice with a 30% deposit in EUR payable in bank SWIFT transfer to the French bank account of GROUP TRAVEL FRANCE (Speedvisor Ltd). Step 4 : In return of your deposit, and after you receive a confirmation of your money transfer, you receive 5 weeks before groups' arrival in France the details of the services with addresses of suppliers (incl. tel of hotels), name of your licensed guide, restaurant menus, museum visits schedules etc.. in a Excel, Word or PDF file. You receive at the same time the final invoice showing your deposit and the final amount to pay 4 weeks before group's arrival. Step 5 : As soon as you have fully paid the invoice of your group, you receive a confirmation of the full payment with an updated Excel, Word or PDF file. Your guide is then waiting for you at the airport on arrival's date with a board mentioning the group's name.
